If you train your TRICEPS directly after you train your CHEST, you will NOT be able to utilize your maximum poundages for your TRICEP exercises!!

Same with BACK and BICEPS–by the time you are done with BACK, your little BICEPS are fucking SHOT!

Training the BICEPS AND TRICEPS on their OWN WORK DAY WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRESH AND FULL OF ATP/GLYCOGEN will allow you to train them HARDER AND HEAVIER!! THEREFORE, YOU WILL INDUCE GREATER HYPERTROPHY!! YOU MUST TRAIN ARMS DIRECTLY and with the SAME AMOUNT OF WORKLOAD as every other muscle!
